Lead Faculty for J (a) Reviewed all J2 instructors mid-term and final clinical evaluations, giving feedback to instructors. (b) Reviewed all J2 instructors grading of complex prep guides, making sure they are the same throughout the course. Found not all were the same. Provided feedback to instructors. A grading rubric was developed to help all instructors grade complex prep guides the same way. (c) Made skill exams mandatory to pass N325. (d) Fall semester, the Lab was down 2 preceptors. With Lab Performance Manager developed and implemented two days that all J2 instructors were required to review skills in the lab with their students. All J2 clinical instructors did this as service to WSU-CON. (e) There were six new instructors and graduate teaching assistants to orient to N325. Required minimum three day orientation during summer. (f) Fall semester, Graduate Teaching Assistants were in class four days during clinical time. I worked hours for T.A. at Deaconess as service to the college (a) Reviewed all N325 clinical instructors evaluations of students. Gave feedback to instructors. (b) Reviewed Notice of Unsatisfactory Performance with J2 Faculty. Reviewed how to complete forms and what must be completed. 10
