2 Who are we? Wellness Connection is an initiative of the Office of Human Resources to promote evidence-based, data-driven wellness programs for faculty, staff, postdoctoral appointees and clinical fellows across the university. wellnessconnection.wustl.edu

3 Make Time For You: Stress Less Stress is a normal part of life, but if it s not handled in a healthy way it can negatively impact your physical, emotional, and mental wellness. Reducing even just a little bit of stress can help you feel healthier and happier.

4 Make Time For You: Stress Less An opportunity to become aware of and mitigate stress in your life. With Stress Less, Washington University Wellness Connection hopes to: Bring awareness to the signs & symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression Connect employees with the resources available to help you.

5 Make Time For You: Stress Less Stress Less is available to all benefits-eligible Washington University faculty, staff, clinical fellows, and postdoctoral appointees through your WebMD Portal. Participate as an individual, this is not a teambased endeavor, although we encourage you to engage your friends, families, colleagues in stress reduction activities.

6 Make Time For You: Stress Less Reducing stress is easier said than done, so throughout the month you ll get tips and activities to help you stay on track.

7 The WashU WebMD Portal The WashU WebMD Portal provides essential tools in this program. Register Log daily activity Learn stress management tips and resources to practice resiliency in your daily personal and professional lives

8 Important Dates Registration is open from July 18 th through August 4 th. Track your progress from August 1 st through August 28 th. Record all activity in your WebMD Portal or Wellness At Your Side mobile app by September 1 st to be eligible for rewards.

11 How to Register Enter your display name and click Sign up!

12 Important Information Click through the tabs to find Terms & Conditions, information on Rules & Rewards, and Frequently Asked Questions

13 How to Participate Start tracking your daily activity by selecting yes or no. That s it! *Please note the minimum participation requirements for rewards.

14 Settings & Notifications Make sure you receive important s regarding the challenge and rewards. Update your address in your WebMD Portal settings.

15 You relax. We reward. Complete 5 minutes of a relaxing, enjoyable activity of your choosing each day August Track your progress through your WebMD Portal or Wellness At Your Side app. Participants who achieve 5 minutes of stress reduction on at least 14 days of the 28-day challenge will be entered into a raffle drawing for one of multiple $25 gift cards. Earn 5 Yay! points for participating.
