1 Obtaining data for the CA OSHPD Annual Utilization report of Hospice Agencies (ALIRTS-HHA/H) The State of California Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development requires hospice agencies to submit an Annual Utilization Report. The report is due by March 15th each year for the prior calendar year. Follow the steps below to retrieve the necessary data from HAS. These reports can also be run from a central location under File > Report Groups for System Group Type. Review the Report Groups User Guide under Help > Help, Frequently Asked Questions or contact HAS Support for assistance if needed. Note, per the Annual Utilization Report specifications some patient counts are duplicated while some are unduplicated. As such, your patient counts may vary from report to report.
