However, the success of elearning is very much dependent on the support provided to a student during his or her study. Every student registering for an online NEBOSH course will be assigned to a member of our NEBOSH support team, who will maintain contact with that student. This contact will support the students in their studies, will monitor their progress throughout their learning experience and liaise with them when they are ready to book and undertake their final exams. This support is provided by phone, or Skype, the aim being to resolve any concerns or queries as quickly as possible, to minimise stress and maximise concentration.
