6 all five groups simulate an scenario (10 min. with 5 Patients in the Emergency Room (Cusanus room Cardiac arrest and Teamwork ). Each group will use the material of the dedicated station. Videoregistration by 3 cameras. Skill/Scenario-assessment (10 mit.) at patient s bed. 6 th group deals ER-coordination (3 persons). Participants outside scenarios will watch the video in the main room. Video-Debriefing Teammanagement and Human Factors in main room Break and faculty meeting 20:15 Feedback, closure & Farewell-Dinner : Debriefing of the course and planning of future joint projects.
