4 Student Registration Additional Fields Available to Identify a College Student Fields are Available for Reporting Purposes Career Café is more than a simple portal Allows statewide reporting of student progress Special programs and grants can be integrated as necessary, and tracked 4

5 Registration begins much like it would for nonstudents. California Career Café is a portal that also grabs information on college students. Student Registration 5

6 Education Information: If you indicate you are: Yes, Attending College or a Technical or Vocational School, an additional drop-down asks which school you are attending. Once you select that, additional dropdowns appear for Student Status and Anticipated Graduation Date. Student Registration 6

8 Report Options Report options are a bit different for sites such as Career Café. There is an additional category called Community College Reports in the Manage Reports section. Reports 8

9 Report Options Reports are divided into three sub-categories: Community College Job Order Registered Individual Reports 9

10 Report Options Registered Individual. List Report filters include College District, Campus, Age, Gender, Educational Achievement, School Status, Resume Status, Employment Status, O*NET Occupational Group, a Veteran section, and Date Range. Reports 10

11 Reports Registered Individual > List Report Report outcome includes: User ID, which is a link Last Name and First Name City College Association Registration Date 11

12 Community College Reports (the generic sub-category). These general reports include a Summary Report, by Campus, and by District. Summary Report includes filters by County, City, Zip Code, College District, Campus, Green Job, Employer Job Order Status, Staff Job Order Status, and Date Range. Reports 12
