5 Referral and Placement Report Referral and Placement Report Description: Provides information on the number of job orders taken and the related number of job openings; referrals and placements made, including those made for veterans; and the number of job developments. Geographic Coverage: Region, Local Area/WIB, and Office Timeframe: Start and End Dates Updated: Data extracted weekly on Sunday. The current week's services compiled the following week. Selection Factors: Timeframe; Aggregate by (Region, Local Area/WIB, Office); Veteran types (Eligible Veterans, Post-9/11 Veterans, Campaign Veterans, Other Eligible Persons, Post-9/11 Campaign Veterans, Covered Persons); Disabled veteran type (Disabled Veterans, Special Disabled Veterans, Disabled and Special Disabled Veterans); Referral outcome types (Call-in, Did not meet qualifications, Failed to apply, Failed to report after accepting job, Hired, Not hired, Not qualified, Refused job, Refused referral); Work ready Staff Access: Report is available to all staff. Staff enters a job development on the Employer Details page. A Job Development Contact is defined as contacting an employer on behalf of a specific job seeker when no suitable job opening is available in JobLink. Geographic Coverage: Statewide, County, Office Timeframe: Program Year Updated: Data extracted annually at the end of the program year. Selection Factors: County or Office; Timeframe Staff Access: Report is available to all staff. Interviewers, Case Managers, and Supervisors can automatically see reports for their office area when they choose the office report. Regional Directors can see reports for offices in their area. Provider Directors can see reports for offices within their agency or organization. State Directors can see reports for all offices utilizing JobLink/ServiceLink.
