The Road Maintenance Sales Tax has funded about $30 million in capital project expenditures including pavement preservation projects since These funds are also supporting investments in technology, such as securing a state-of-the art Pavement Management System that will be populated with data from the most sophisticated pavement evaluation technology available. The division is also responsible for developing and implementing a facility master plan for renovating our department s main facility. Three members of this distinguished team have received Robert C. Esterbrooks Awards from the Arizona Association of County Engineers, and the team as well as awards for project excellence.
