2 As a Rheem partner with a growing business, you may be ready to add to your fleet of company trucks and vans. Because of our partnership with Nissan North America, Rheem is offering all of our partners exclusive allowances on eligible vehicles (listed on page 3 of this brochure). See below to learn how you are eligible for significant discounts by being a valued Rheem partner. How to Get your Exclusive Allowance: Follow the simple process below to get your fleet vehicle discount. See below for steps to get started. 1. Read through this guide and review 2016 allowances. 2. Request a Nissan Certification Code online to be used for your rebate allowance. 3. your Rheem Affiliation Documentation as proof of Rheem partnership in order to receive the full Rheem allowance. 4. You will receive your NNA code which should be provided to the dealership you are purchasing the vehicle from to receive your vehicle allowance. Required Documentation Outlined below are the two forms of documentation you must submit to receive your individual Nissan North America (NNA) Fleet Certification Code. The online Nissan Certification Code Application is required to show that your company is a valid operational business, and the Relationship Documentation is to show your affiliation with Rheem. Required Business Documentation: - You must fill out the online Nissan Application for NNA Fleet Certification Code (details located on page 4 of this brochure) listing your business information. Relationship Documentation: (One Required) - The current year s official recognition certificate from Rheem. This will be available on My or by contacting your distributor. - Official letter from RHEEM DISTRIBUTOR documenting Rheem affiliation (letter template available at the end of this brochure). Terms All vehicles must be registered in the name of the company. Rheem agrees to keep sedan vehicles in service for a minimum of (6) months; truck and sport utility vehicles (SUV) in service a minimum of four (4) months; and Nissan Commercial Van (NV) vehicles in service a minimum of six (6) months. Documentation is required showing they are in fact an authorized partner of Rheem when applying for their individual Certification Code. Invoices, a website link, or a list provided by Rheem will fulfill this requirement. Rheem Program Number: B51365 An individual Nissan Certification Number is obtained at the time of a Nissan vehicle purchase by Rheem partners. You must submit the NNA Certification Code application and relationship documentation to be eligible to receive allowances. Page 3 of 5

4 Application Process For NNA Fleet Certification Code The NNA Fleet Certification Code website allows Rheem Partners to apply online for a Nissan Certification Code and receive eligible allowances for Nissan Fleet Vehicles. To get started and request a certification code, please follow the steps below: 1. Go to 2. Under Fleet Vehicles drop down menu, click Program & Enrollment 3. Click the grey box Enrollment 4. Click the red box Complete This Form Now 5. Click the red box Request Certification Code 6. Rheem Partners should select No for the first question asking 7. You will be asked to confirm that the information you provide istrue and complete to the best of your knowledge. 8. Fill in the company information. All the fields marked with anasterisk (*) are required. 9. For the Incentive Assignment section, if you select Yes to assign incentive payment to an alternate payee, you will be asked to fill in the Incentive Assignment Request information. If you are reporting a vehicle sold through the NFRI program, select No. 10. The last section will need to be completed by the leasemanagement company or dealership. If neither are applicable, choose Neither. 11. By clicking the red box Continue you will be taken to aconfirmation page including all of the information entered on the application. Click the red box Submit if all the information is correct. A confirmation will be sent within 2-5 business days including the certification code, user ID, and temporary password. QUESTIONS?
