1 Description The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is now inviting qualified and experienced Services Provider to apply for pre-qualification for inclusion in the tenderer s list of booklet production. In order to prepare for marketing and promotion purposes, it is proposed to appoint a services provider for booklet production for HKSTP s new projects. The booklet will be served as a documentary for the construction projects throughout the design, construction and completion stages, etc. General Scope Five (5) nos. of booklets (approximate size of 30cm x 30cm and 150 internal pages) for different construction projects shall be produced and each booklet shall be with 500 nos. of copies. The services shall cover the comprehensive booklet production including design, production and printing, interviewing, copywriting and translation, typesetting, editorial services, photographing, packing, delivery and project management of the booklet production, etc. The minimum criterion to be satisfied for long-listing purpose is to have minimum 2 nos. of job references of booklet production (hard copies of size not less than 19cm x 25cm with minimum 100 internal pages) completed within the immediate past 5 years. (Please complete the Proforma for name of the Books and confirmation for compliance in Annex II) Submission Requirements The Prospective Services Providers are required to return the Acknowledgement Slip (Annex I) by to elvis.lam@hkstp.org and ice.kwok@hkstp.org on or before noon 9 th July 2018 and submit the information as outlined in (Annex II) for pre-qualification purposes via letter in a sealed envelope marked according to the Template to be Marked on the Returning Envelope (Annex III) and placed in the Tender Submission Box as shown in Location Plan of the Tender Submission Box (Annex IV) by, latest, noon on 13 th July 2018 addressed to: Chief Project Development Officer Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation 8/F., Bio-Informatics Centre No. 2, Science Park West Avenue Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin, N.T., Hong Kong LATE SUBMISSION will NOT be considered.
