2 Aim of the meeting : - to reach agreement among the group of experts upon the baselines of RIS3 cooperation between our regions; - to analyze the requirements for both sides to create and carry out a successful joint program (needs and gaps) and determine the required development and implementing capacity in both regions (development goals); - to agree upon a method to identify, develop, and activate key regional partners, necessary for joint RIS3 developments (entrepreneurial process of discovery) in the following expert and B2B workshops; - to analyze the synchronization potential in our internal procedures in order to boost collaboration processes; - to map the stakeholders in our region that could be included in future projects and to analyze the overall progress of the 2 study visits; - to produce a concept for a future workshop application that would address our immediate needs in terms of smart specialization cooperation; 2
