Upon creation of an initial conference questionnaire attendees will conduct the initial conference with the facilitators acting as the licensee/registrant. Internal Control Testing Sample Selection Attendees will work in small groups with real world data to create internal control testing models and sample selection criterion while facing real world obstacles and considerations. 8 Registration Information Penalty: Liability: A $25.00 (USD) penalty will be added to all registration fees not paid, or not received by IFTA, Inc. on or before February 26, Persons that pre-register and fail to attend, without paying the fee or canceling in writing 5 working days in advance of the meeting, will be liable for the full cost of their registration fees. Cancellation: Cancellation of attendance must be provided to IFTA, Inc. no later than five (5) working days in advance of the program. On site cancellations or lack of cancellation notice will result in a full registration fee being assessed. Refunds: Payment: Refunds are only for those persons having paid the registration fees in advance and have provided written notice of their cancellation five (5) working days in advance of the meeting.
