5 Notes for when filling out the application 1. Students and student researchers must receive a signature or of approval from their supervisor. 2. Please have one person in charge of payment per laboratory. 3. The person in charge of finance is generally the head of accounting of the department to which the person in charge of payment belongs. If the person in charge of finance is an instructor of the Institute of, there is no need to specify the person in charge of finance on the form. 4. If you already have an HGC user name, please enter it into "HGC registered " on the form. 5. You can also use own domain names. In this case, please set the IP address corresponding to the domain name to Please make the user name w3 followed by the service name.
