4 Office of Sustainability Mission: The UH Office of Sustainability s mission is to cultivate a culture of sustainability on campus by fostering initiatives, collaboration, education, and engagement to instill sustainable principles within future global leaders. Goal: Serve as a centralized hub for all of the University of Houston s sustainability efforts in order to improve campus life, engagement, community involvement, and student participation. uh.edu/sustainability4

16 Chair & Vice Chair Role: The Chair and Vice Chair roles are to call meeings to order, adjourn meeings, take anendance, introduce agenda items, and call for moions. Any voing member may be elected chair and vice chair. AddiIonally, any item for discussion prior to the meeings will be submined to the chair or vice chair. Nominations Vote next meeting

17 Learning Outcomes Members will know what the sustainability MAPP entails and how to access CommiNee members will understand the use of the AASHE, STARS tracking system to monitor our sustainability progress on campus & addiionally be familiar with gaps IdenIfy at least 3 sustainability iniiaives on campus
