BUILD A NEW GENERATION OF ASSETS INVESTMENT Structuring deals for the best portfolio l Identify new investment opportunities and model potential returns. l Lead the due diligence process, structure the ensuing transaction, negotiate and close the final agreement. EUROPEAN GRADUATE PROGRAMME (EGP) Each year, Unibail-Rodamco recruits top talents from the best European schools and universities to take part into the Group s European Graduate Programme (EGP). Each EGP completes three four-month assignments in different departments, including one assignment abroad. Our young graduates develop their core business skills, and acquire cross-functional and project management expertise. This year has been decisive to me. EGP SEMINAR Each year, the EGP Seminar gathers all new EGPs in the Group and helps them building a strong network and understanding the Group s activities. New comers meet Management Board members, Department s Directors and key retailers. They also visit several Group assets in Europe, and participate in innovation workshops. During urmall, I had the opportunity to work in an international team, meet the Management Board members and gain an insight into Unibail- Rodamco s core jobs. Completing the competition was a great experience and fully convinced me to join the Graduate Programme. UR MALL BUSINESS GAME The Group innovates in its recruiting approach with a business game competition to give students from leading universities across Europe a concrete insight of Unibail- Rodamco experience. INNOVATION CHAMPION GRADUATE PROGRAMME - UR LAB Launched in 2012, UR Lab accelerates innovation within the Group and monitors the latest trends in consumer behaviour and tests new concepts, paving the way to their successful adoption in our shopping centres across Europe. UR Lab offers team members the opportunity to join the Innovation Champion Graduate Program, lead one or several innovation initiatives and participate in learning expeditions across the world.
