It is a state-of-the-art building including all facilities needed for your daily activities. There is a staffed reception desk, occupied 5 days a week between and hrs. The receptionist welcomes and registers visitors, and takes care of the in- and outgoing post of the building residents. The building comprises four floors, rentable per floor, wing or (on specific floors) even per room. There are two elevators. Each floor has a pantry and toilet facilities. Furthermore, parking garages P4 west, P3 east and P3 west are nearby. We offer you a full service rental concept, which means that all services needed (e.g. cleaning, vending and building maintenance) are included in the rental contract. There s a professional day-care centre on Campus for kids from 0-4 years. We know that schooling is an important factor in choosing where to raise your family. The South-East part of the Netherlands is home to excellent schools specializing in primary and secondary education for children of expats from 4 to 19 years of age. These schools follow international curricula recognized world-wide. All lessons are given in English. The International School Eindhoven is the nearest, being part of a network of schools spread throughout The Netherlands. They are partly funded by the Dutch government, ensuring school fees are affordable. Private, independent international schools and tuition are also available. 6. We offer access to 25,000 square metres of multi-purpose labs & clean rooms, reliability testing, checks on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and RF/DC measurement labs. FAST & EASY INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS Eindhoven Railway Station is a major interchange for fast Inter- City train services to Amsterdam (Schiphol Airport), Rotterdam and many destinations in neighbouring Belgium & Germany.
