ITE OMB Expert Witness Training for Transportation Engineers & Planners Thursday, October 17 th, 2013 Radisson East Hotel, 55 Hallcrown Place, Toronto ON On Thursday, October 17 th, 2013 ITE Toronto hosted a successful full day workshop on Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) Expert Witness testimony. Approximately 20 people came out to the Radisson East hotel to listen to course instructors Chris Middlebro and Russell Brownlee provide attendees with training on how to prepare for OMB hearings and how to deliver expert testimony in an effective way. Each participant was given a detailed booklet of training information that included the unique presentation content developed specifically for this event for ITE Toronto members, as well as a variety of other reference documents. During the afternoon portion of the workshop, participants were given a transportation study from an actual OMB hearing to review as a case study.
