If you must leave campus for any reason after program registration, please notify a PFEW staff member. You are required to stay on campus from the time you arrive until you check out on Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. At the time of registration, you will be issued a name tag with your photo and sponsor's name. It is imperative that you wear this name tag at ALL TIMES while attending PFEW. This name tag is your pass for admittance to all PFEW activities and the Pennsylvania College of Technology campus. If, for any reason, you need to leave PFEW you must contact a senior member of the PFEW staff, your Company Advisor, and your RA prior to your departure. Headquarters for Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week will be on the 2 nd floor of the Klump Academic Center ( on map). There will be a staff person on duty throughout the week providing information, taking important messages, handling lost & found, etc. Once registered, no visitors will be permitted until 7 a.m. Saturday. Please do not invite relatives or friends to visit during the week. This program is very intense with little extra time available and is restricted to participants. Alcohol, drugs and weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden and smoking is limited to designated areas on campus. Deviation from these policies will result in immediate dismissal from the program. This policy will be adhered to from the first day through the last day of Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week. The Foundation for Free Enterprise Education and/or the Pennsylvania College of Technology Campus Police reserve the right to search any dorm room and possessions of any student who is under suspicion of drugs, alcohol or weapons of any kind. In order to gain full benefit from planned activities, students are to be in their dorm by 11:00 p.m. and in bed with the lights out at 11:30 p.m. You know how long it takes you to get ready for bed, so be responsible and allow enough time. All residence halls have trained counselors in residence to supervise and assist you. Supervision will be provided while you are using Pennsylvania College of Technology facilities. You will be expected to cooperate with those people we have asked to supervise activities and help conduct this program. No exceptions will be made. YOUR ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED AT ALL MEETINGS AND OTHER SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES. Appropriate clothing, including shoes and shirts, must be worn in all PFEW activities. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXPEL FROM THE COURSE AND THE CAMPUS, ANYONE WHO VIOLATES THESE RULES. If you are in violation of the program regulations and subsequently dismissed/expelled from Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, it is your parent/guardian s responsibility to provide immediate transportation for your departure from Pennsylvania College of Technology regardless of time or date of dismissal.
