15 Souvenir Money Students may want to bring money to buy souvenirs, snacks, etc. A suggested amount is $ The only money the students will need for food will be to buy dinner at the rest stop on the way home. Your child should save $15.00-$20.00 for this meal. 15 C
16 Important Details Supervision A student to chaperone ratio of 8:1 42 Teacher chaperones plus 30 Parent chaperones plus 3 Advisors, 3 Nurses, & 3 Administrators Equals a total of 81 adult chaperones Safety Safety is our number one priority All of the rules & procedures are designed to ensure your child s safety 16 F
17 Important Details General Rules As a school trip, we expect the students to follow William Annin s rules: - Dress Code - Cell Phones off and on their person (must bring separate camera and watch) - Following Directions - Respectful Behavior Appropriate disciplinary action (from verbal warnings to removal from the trip) will be taken if rules are not adhered to. 17 P
18 Important Details Weather The trip is rain or shine, please make sure your child is prepared for all conditions. Packing A detailed list of what to pack will be provided in your child s trip booklet. Meals Dietary needs & restrictions can be accommodated. Please include any special needs on your child s medical form. 18 C
