Vuughn v. Rosen, 484 F.2d 82 (D.C. Cir. I 973), ert denied, 415 U.S. 977 (I 974). In addition, any reasonably segregable pot1ion of a responsive reord must be pvided, after redution of any allegedly exempt malerial. 5 u.s.. 552(b).
