17 YRP Funding Responsibilities ROKG Land Purchase all required land Compensate owners & tenants Environmental Surveys for new land Mitigation measures required to meet SOFA requirements Facilities (Master Plans, Design, & Construction) All Facilities required to relocate USFK from Seoul including Built to meet the requirement to current DoD standards Not a one-for-one replacement. All government owned Family Housing C4I De-installation, relocation, & installation of all re-locatable equipment All required Infrastructure Replacement equipment (up to $9 million dollars) For non-reusable equipment Equipment that would cost more to relocate Moving Expenses Transportation, travel expenses, & relocation allowances US Civilians Military (accompanied & unaccompanied) USFK personnel & employees directed to relocate Packing, Shipping, temporary Storage, delivery, & unpacking Household Goods Office furniture, equipment & supplies, and mission equipment Other Expenses as Negotiated. USG Facilities All Family housing requirements beyond government owned. C4I All replacement equipment in excess of $9 million dollars.
