10 LODGING PER DIEM RATES Certificate of Non-Availability (CNA) is required if staying off base. CNA is not required if member is staying at the Navy Lodge. Off Base Per Diem = $51.00 On Base Per Diem = $18.85

11 RENTAL VEHICLE Certificate of Non-Availability does not guarantee a rental vehicle Rental Vehicle Authorization will be approved by ECRC STAFF only If approved ECRC staff will issue a SATO Itinerary along with a memorandum that will list the specific dates the rental car was authorized for reimbursement on travel claim

12 RENTAL VEHICLE Members will not be reimbursed for Rental Vehicle if the reservation was not made by ECRC At no time is anyone authorized to claim a rental vehicle(commercial Auto) as privately owned conveyance (POV) on their travel claim Members may be required to combine into one vehicle
