These candidates are to be considered in the final list of nominees the Ministry of Ed~catlon wrll approve for endorsement to SEARCA. The nominees shal. be interviewed by SEARCA sometime between riovember 2015 ar.d March 2016, a: a venue to be specified by the Ministry of Education. Applicants for both MS and Phl) scholarships must not be older than 35 years old at the time of application. Appiicants who do not satisfy the age requirement will be considered only for extremely meritorious reason> and we would require a supponing statement endorsing such nominees. F~xher, the app.icants7 thesis topics must be aligned with SEARCA's thrusts focused on lnclus~ve and Sustainable Agricultural and Rural Development. Please note that applicar~ons w~th incomplete documents will nor be evai~ated. Furthermore, scbmission of complete application documents does not automatically entitle the nominee to a scholarship award. The number of awarders per country depends on the quaiifica:~ons of the applicants, the adrnisslon res~lts from the preferred university, and the total number of slots available. Two (2) copies of the scholarship announcement, which may be reproduced, for dissemination to interested universities and agencies and for posting in bulletin boards.
