Applicants linked to a department that is receiving substantial support through project funding in the framework of an IUC (Institutional University Cooperation) Partner Programme between VLIR and the concerned university in the South, are not eligible for an ICP/ITP scholarship. In this manner, VLIR ICP/ITP scholarship opportunities can be earmarked to address capacity building needs of other academic entities that do not yet receive such substantial IUC funding from VLIR.
