4 The RI Secretariat around the world Plays an important role in the administration of the districts and clubs and in serving Rotarians

6 RI Headquarters General Secretary: Ed Futa RI World Headquarters is located in Evanston, Illinois. About 500 employees from 41 countries work in the many departments at WHQ and approximately 100 in the regional offices around the world.

12 Mission of the RI Europe/Africa office Provide quality service in an efficient, professional, friendly and culturally sensitive manner to Rotarians in Europe, Africa, part of Central and Western Asia and support them in attaining the objectives of Rotary International

13 RI Europe/Africa Office (EAO) EA Office opened in January 1925 with a staff of two serving 30 clubs. 1930

14 RI Europe/Africa Office (EAO) EA Office currently has a staff of 40 serving approximately clubs

15 RI Europe/Africa Office (EAO) EAO Manager: Marco Nicosia The 40 people working at EA Office speak 18 different languages and are from 20 different nationalities and have various backgrounds. EA Office offers a personalized service in 7 of the 9 languages used by RI.

21 Club & District Support (CDS) CDS supports club and district officers in the accomplishment of their mission by providing information on resources and services available from the RI Secretariat
