15 RI Europe/Africa Office (EAO) EAO Manager: Marco Nicosia The 40 people working at EA Office speak 18 different languages and are from 20 different nationalities and have various backgrounds. EA Office offers a personalized service in 7 of the 9 languages used by RI.
