Contract Description: We do not actually have a contract with United Utilities to supply the Trust s water and wastewater services as this is currently supplied under license as part of either the Water Act or Water Supply Regulations. This will of course change when the water market opens up from April 17 onwards where the Trust for the first time will have the opportunity to choose your water retailer for which they will then enter in to a contract. 8.
