1 U-00 DATA MANAGEMENT P Nurse all System Technical Manual The U-00 is a computer that must run exclusively the U-00 software, allowing the visualization and storing activity made in one or more UDEOM systems in the same installation. 2 U-00 ONNETION WITH USB-TO-SERIAL ONVERTER The UDEOM is a modular system for healthcare intercommunication, can be built in many BUS typologies (further information can be consult in wiring diagram UDEOM system file). The room substation (U-04) and U-40 process all the activity inside a room and send to the central station (U- 0) where previously was configured. Each U-0 can control the activity of certain U-04 and U-40. The data management P (U-00) must be connected physically to an UW-0 connection module. The first type of connection is the most simple; central station U-0 and connection module with room substation U-04/U-40 connected by a FTP wire making a BUS. The connection must be done by a serial wire, between the connection module (UW-0) and the USB-to-serial converter (included with the U-00). 3 U-00 ONNETION WITH USB-TO-SERIAL ONVERTER The second wiring that can be done with the system is when many U-0 central stations are connected between each other, creating a whole system of intercommunication. The system can forward calls between different central stations (U-0). A RS-3 serial device server will be indispensable (UDE ref: UW-00). The first connection topology is between one central station U-0/UW-0 and room substation U-04/U-40 connected in a BUS. 7 U-00 U-00 FIRST RUN The U-00 software has 3 preset profiles to login. In the section Maintenance-> User accounts is possible to create, edit and delete user accounts. 8 U-00 HOME PAGE The U-00 home page shows a real-time system activity (from the room substations U-04, intercommunication between central station and U-04, staff presences information, call cancelations, etc.). 9 U-00 HOME PAGE ONFIGURATION Personalizar vista Set view. Allows to manage which columns would be shown in the home page. Personalizar vista Mostrar columnas ocultas To add or delete columns just check the box of the set view pop-up.as is showed in the next figure: To select the desired columns check the box selection of the column to add, once the global configuration is done click on the customize button to validate it. 10 U-00 PATIENTS ONFIGURATION Pacientes The patient configuration window manages information of all hospitalized people in the centre. New patient The minimum information to be filled in the patient creation is: - Name - First surname - Second surname - Bed of admission All others fields are optional, to validate all data make click on submit button. 11 U-00 PATIENTS ONFIGURATION Pacientes Edit and delete patients Select the patient medical record by clicking on it in the patient list, as is showed in the next figure: Pacientes Empleados Habitaciones uentas usuario The medical record will be load for edition or delete process, as is showed in the next figure: The fields can be edited, but required fields must be filled, save all changes clinking on "Edit" icon. 12 U-00 PATIENTS ONFIGURATION Pacientes Patient filter The list shows all the patients that had been created in the data management P (U-00), the filter tool is really useful to search with certain filter criteria, for that fill the desired filter fields and click on the apply filter button. Pacientes Empleados Habitaciones uentas usuario Results showed will be the patients that match with the filter criteria, afterwards is possible to print it or create a PDF file with the results. It is possible to customize the columns of the patient list, for that press the right-hand button on the column label you desire to hide. 13 U-00 EMPLOYEES ONFIGURATION Empleados The employee's configuration window manages the information of all workers and professional staff in the centre. 16 U-00 ROOMS ONFIGURATION Habitaciones The U-00 has a factory configuration of 0 active bedrooms that can be seen as active with black colour, as is showed in the next figure: Pacientes Empleados Habitaciones uentas usuario New room The minimum information to be filled in the room creation is: - Room number: Should match with the room substation id (U-04) - Description: Room label. - Total number of beds: It is possible to configure a maximum of 6. Two room conditions exist in the U-00: Pacientes Empleados Habitaciones uentas usuario All active rooms Room 00 deactivate Active: The room is in use and it is showed in the room list in black colour. It can be used for system configuration. To deactivate one enter in room edition and click on "Delete" icon. Deactivate: The room is not in use but it is show in the room list in red colour. It cannot be configured on the system. To activate on room enter in room edition and click on "activate" icon. To leave the edition menu click on "ancel" icon. 19 U-00 ROOMS ONFIGURATION Habitaciones Room filter The list shows all the active rooms that had been created in the data management P (U-00), the filter tool is really useful to search with certain filter criteria, for that fill the desired filter fields and click on the apply filter button. Pacientes Empleados Habitaciones uentas usuario In the figure example the result of the filter shows all the rooms that matches with "room 000", this is a single result because in the system it is only registered on room with this name, afterwards is possible to print it or create a PDF file with the results. New user The minimum information to be filled in the user creation is: - Profile / - Name / - User / - Password There are two kind of user: User groups: The login and password can be used for more than one person. For example, all the nurses use the same login: Named user: This single user should be used only for one person, for example: Required fields must be filled, save all changes clinking on "Submit" icon. 25 U-00 OM PORT ONFIGURATION OM Port configuration The data management P (U-00) must be connected physically to an UW-0 connection module. Para ello existen dos tipologías: Type : USB-to-serial converter The connection must be done by a serial wire, between the connection module (UW-0) and the USB-to-serial converter (included with the U- 00). Type : RS-3 serial device server The UW-00 should be located close to a UW-0 connection module + U-0 central station linked with a serial data wire. The server will parse serial data to a IP network and send it direct to one or more U-00 (for more information about connection and configuration consult UW-00 datasheet). 26 U-00 OM PORT ONFIGURATION Puertos OM Once the Windows OS recognize the new Serial data equipments, U-00 will detect automatically the new OM port of the system and will show it in the interface, as is showed in the next figure: Eventos Actividades Puertos OM Plantas More than one OM port can be manage it at the same time, allowing the control of different UDEOM system with one U-00, by an intranet infrastructure. 30 U-00 DATA EDITION Eliminar datos Exportar datos Importar datos La pantalla de gestión de datos permite la eliminación, importación y exportación de los datos gestionados por el sistema U-00. Eliminar datos Exportar datos Importar datos Eliminar datos Delete data: The delete data page will permanent delete all data base. Two options are available to descript which amount of data is desired to delete. First one is full erasing, and the second one is describing an initial date and final date. Exportar datos Export data: The export data page will allow the selection of a folder where a full information file will be stored. All the data base information will be saved in this file. Importar datos Import data: The import data page will allow the selection of a file, which contains information of a data base that wants to be installed in a new U-00.
