6 Kameda/TaqTik Process As a prerequisite for accepting reservations, Kameda will confirm the current medical history and past medical history of the individual in advance in the questionnaire Booking Flowchart 1. Fill out the TaqTik Health Check Assessment (Preferred date and optional items) 2. Sent to Kameda Hospital for surgeon review and assessment The doctor may recommend you to visit outpatient clinic rather than our health examination depending on your current medical history. 4. TaqTik Confirm reservation 5. TaqTik Payment Received. Send client itinerary. Copy to Kameda. 6. Airport pickup or arrive at Kameda 3. Provisional reservation (Accommodation and examination schedule etc.)
