Ward level operational meetings every 2 weeks. Ward corporate support & PDSA reviews weekly/fortnightly Three main risks:- The length of stay remains the same / some patients in the wrong place. The overall bed configuration will continue to be inflexible (High Occupancy) Opening SCCC in Llanfrechfa in 2018 with 444 new beds will result in an unbalance of resources and will be un-affordable
