10 THA Board of Directors Endorsed Antibiotic Stewardship Recommendations All hospitals commit to implementing a policy requiring an antibiotic review after hours to allow for appropriate review. Participation by hospitals in an antibiotic stewardship collaborative to encourage best practice, sharing, and education.
