2 WebEOC RRDM Quick Reference Guide (How to Enter Inventory) 1. Log into WebEOC 2. Select the Logistics Section Chief Position and the Incident (Daily Operations) 3. Enter your additional login information 4. Click on RRDM from the Boards Section on the Control Panel 5. Click on the Inventory button 6. Click on the Add Inventory button 7. Enter your Point of Contact and inventory Definition information. 8. Click on the Resource Information tab and enter the Quantity, Condition, Unit of Issue, Description, Serial Number, and Asset ID. a. NOTE: Asset IDs can only be used once in the entire countywide system; therefore each Asset ID must begin with your agency s or organization s WebEOC three or four letter designator to avoid duplications. 9. Click on the Locations Details tab and enter the Location Name, Exact Storage Location and Address. 10. Click on the Estimated Cost tab and enter the Actual Cost and Cost Rate of the resource (optional). 11. 5 7. Enter your Point of Contact and inventory Definition information. NOTE: For All Federally Typed Resources (NIMS) check on the Use Predefined Resource box to select the applicable Group, Definition and Type information for the resource. 4

6 8. Click on the Resource Information tab and enter the Quantity, Condition, Unit of Issue, Description, Serial Number, and Asset ID. If the resource was purchased with grant funds, include the grant information here, e.g. (2008/09 HPP Grant) Condition Definitions 1 : Excellent. Property that is in new condition or unused condition and can be used immediately without modification or repairs. Usable. Property which shows some wear, but can be used without significant repair. Repairable. Property which is unusable in its current condition but can be economically repaired. Salvage. Property which has value in excess of its basic material content, but repair or rehabilitation is impractical and/or uneconomical. Scrap. Property which has no value except for its basic material content. Asset ID: *IMPORTANT* Asset IDs can only be used once in the entire countywide system; therefore each Asset ID must begin with your agency s or 1 U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) SF-428S 5

A water tender for the French Camp Fire District (FRC) would have an Asset ID of FRC WT A POD trailer for San Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS) would have an Asset ID of PHS POD Trailer 1 A surge tent for San Joaquin General Hospital (SJGH) would have an Asset ID of SJGH Surge Tent 1 Resource Image: An image of the resource can be uploaded into RRDM by clicking on the Browse button and selecting an image file (PNG, JPEG, GIF, etc.) to upload from your computer. 6

8 9. Click on the Locations Details tab and enter the Location Name, Exact Storage Location and Address. 10. Click on the Estimated Cost tab and enter the Actual Cost and Cost Rate of the resource (Optional). 11. Click the Save button. You re done. 7
