9 Resource Support During Disasters Facility Emergency Plans & Resources Health care facilities should implement individual emergency operations plans, activate resources/contracts, and utilize agreements with other facilities first. County Emergency Operations Center If the health care facility plans fail or are overwhelmed, County EOCs should be contacted to meet the need locally with the closest available resources. State Emergency Operations Center If the County EOC does not have or can not meet the local need, they request assistance through the State EOC. 17 Thank you! Questions? 18
