2 Selection procedure for Recruitment of Different posts under Block Programme Management Unit, NHM, Odisha 1. Block Programme Manager Eligibility : The Candidate should be a Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks. She/He should have completed one year Diploma in Computer Application from recognized/ registered institute. Age : Age limit is from year as on the first day of the advertisement month. a. Mark assessment (Post Graduation) : 40 Marks b. Computer test : 20 Marks c. Via-voice : 40 Marks Candidates scoring 50% and above marks in the mark assessment shall be shortlisted. Candidates 3 time the number of vacancies on the basis of merit list prepared on Mark Assessment shall be called for computer test. Candidates securing 50% and above marks in the computer test shall be called for via-voice. The final merit list shall be prepared for all the candidates who appeared for the interview by compiling marks secured in all the three stages. 2. Accountant (DPMU) Eligibility : The Candidate should be a Graduate in commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. She/He should have basic knowledge in computing and should have at least 2 years post qualification working experience in accounting. Viva-voice : 20 Marks Candidates scoring 50% and above marks in the mark assessment shall be shortlisted. Candidates 3 time the number of vacancies on the basis of merit list prepared on Mark Assessment shall be called for via-vioce. The final merit list shall be prepared for all the candidates who appeared for the interview by compiling marks secured in all the two stages. 4. O & G Spl. and Pead. Spl. (UPHC) Eligibility : The Candidate should be a doctor having MBBS with post graduation in O & G for Gynecologist and pediatric for Paediatric specialist respectively. Age : No age bar Candidates applied as per eligibility & in the prescribed format at Annexure-II to the District Health Society shall only be empanelled for providing specialist service. In case of need the committee may invite the candidate for interview/ discussion. The committee has every right to reject the application without any reasons. The committee will allocate the health institutions to the specialist.
