Instruction is provided on navigating pump menus, describing the functions and purpose of the various hard and soft keys, and instruction on proper syringe loading and unloading. Step-by-step instruction shows how to program the following basic infusion modes: ml/hr, Volume/Time, and mcg/kg/min. The values, messages, and information on the pump display during the various programming steps are described and discussed.
