1 Cover Letter Respected Sir/Madam I have completed my Master s degree in Public Health from University. During the period my study I had the opportunity to work closely in various governmental health set ups in order to gain working knowledge such facilities. I have been associated and actively involved in research project during my post-graduation which Include Impact congenital hand anomaly on quality life children visiting a Tertiary Care Hospital Udupi Taluk-A Qualitative Study for the partial fulfilment Master Degree. This project helped me to gain an insight into various practical realities and improve my problem solving capabilities. During my graduation in nursing, I have got field exposure in community health setting as well as I was assigned in different villages for home visit to identify their health needs and to provide basic health services. I have done internship in maternal and child health wards Kasturba Hospital and TMA PAI hospital, Udupi. These helped me to work with people from different cultural and economic background and to provide services based on their needs. I have gained a good positive response in grading my abilities in carrying out research studies, developing proposal, public health preparedness. My attributes are strong written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada, Malayalam and priciency in computer-ms fice, priciency in recording, writing reports, and documentation. I have involved in symposium organized by Maastricht University, The Netherlands, MC Master University Canada and University, which helped me, to work with and understand multicultural context, and learn to work as a team with people from varied academics and cultural backgrounds.
