Q1. Do you have a preferred supplier list or Master Vendor contract in place for the supply of agency staff within Social Work, housing and education? A1. Leeds City Council s Adult Social Care and Children and Young People s Social Care (Children s Services) departments do not have a Master Vendor contract or preferred supplier list. The agency contract is awarded to Comensura as a managed service, Vendor Neutral framework agreement. Comensura allocate the assignment to the agency or agencies. This also applies to the East North East Homes Leeds (ENEHL) Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) (Housing). West North West Homes Leeds (WNWHL) Arms Length Management Organisation (Housing) do not have a preferred supplier list or Master Vendor contract in place. Aire Valley Homes Leeds Arms Length Management Organisation (Housing) do not have a preferred supplier list or Master Vendor contract in place. Leeds City Council s Education department (Children s Services) have a Framework Contract for Supply Staff in Schools from May Leeds City Council s Environment and Neighbourhoods department (Housing) do not employ agency staff. Q2. If yes to question 1 - what agencies are on this list and when does the agreement come up for renewal? A2. The Framework contract with Leeds City Council s Education Department (Children s Services) is agreed for two years with the option of renewal for two further years. The agencies on the list are as follows; Academic Appointments, Baker Harding,
