4 INTRODUCTION This reference guide is intended to supplement Th1e DRGR Reports User Manual. The User Manual explains how Microstrategy reports and functions work in DRGR. This reference guide shows sample reports. The Grantee section graphics shows screenshots of reports as they look when they are exported as PDFs while the Field Office section shows screenshots of reports in the original Microstrategy reports. Both types of users can see either version of their reports. Both can also export reports as MS Excel files. As explained in the Reports Module user guide, DRGR users can change column orders to group and sort data in different ways. Data such as grant # can also be shifted between the page header or a column. If the grant # is included in the page header, the user must select the grant # for the report being viewed and the PDFs or MS Excel files exported will show only that grant. Conversely, if the grant # is included in the columns, the report will include date for each grant. Usually, the grant # would be displayed on the left column so that data is still sorted by grant #. 1

7 Admin Rept1: Grant and DRGR Action Plan Review Status This report shows whether grant is blocked from drawdowns as well as the date of the last DRGR AP approval and the current status of the DRGR AP. It also includes the amount of funds budgeted at the activity level. 4

8 Admin Rept2: QPR Report Status This report will only show the status of QPRs that have been added by grant. Grantees must add each QPR as they are due. 5

9 Admin Rept3: Grantee DRGR Users Account Status This is a master list of all grantee DRGR user accounts 6

10 Admin Rept4: Grantee DRGR Users with System Role This report will only show active users assigned to grants by grantee system administrators. This step must be done when new grantee user accounts or grants are added to DRGR. Each grantee requires at least one grantee drawdown request user and a separate drawdown approve user in order to process draws. 7

11 Admin Rept5: Grantee DRGR Users Access by Grant This report will only show active users assigned to grants by grantee system administrators. This step must be done when new grantee user accounts or grants are added to DRGR. If a user does not show on this report but does show on the user account status report, it indicates that the grantee system administrator has not completed this step. 8

12 Fin Rept1: DRGR Action Plan Budget and Disbursements by National Objective - Grant Level This is a summary report at the grant level. It will only show amounts budgeted and disbursed from activities entered into DRGR. It can be used to check % by national objective for budgets and disbursements at the grant level at a glance. 9

13 Fin Rept2: DRGR Action Plan Budget by National Objective - Activity Level This report can be used to create a master list of activities for each grant. Grantee users can make a list across grants by moving this data field from the PAGE-BY header into rows. The modified report could sort by grantee and grant by displaying them in the first column and/or using the A to Z icon to re-sort the data. 10
