NARRATIVE: Agency Activity Summary, Subcontractor Activity Summary, and Counties Served sections (formerly located in the Budget) Program Information (formerly located in the Budget under Agency Information) Staff and Schedules subsections are now part of Agency Delivery section (Questions D and F) NEW Location (Agency Delivery Dli section, Question E) allows agencies to create a dropdown menu for the Schedule. Agencies must hit save & continue button when finished to migrate locations to dropdown menu in the Schedule 4 2

3 NARRATIVE: Agency Activity Summary Requested Amounts by Federal and State funds. Totals and Cost per Student will automatically calculate amounts. Subcontractor Activity Summary subcontractors entering their own data (w/aun) and/or those not entering their own data. Will need to break out by Federal and State funds. 5 BUDGET: Federal Adult Education 064 add as Sub Grant Application State Adult Education 064 add as Sub Grant Application Total amount of Consolidated 064 grant (top right of screen) will not appear until both Sub Grants have been added. This does not apply to the other grants Budget Details keeps tally of all entries vs. the grant amount Salary Section total salaries will calculate automatically Equipment tsection list building where equipment will be housed Contracted Services subcontractors now under Object Code 320 Others All other object codes contained in this section ICR separate section (if applicable) 6 3

4 BUDGET: Local Match whenever data is entered in this cost function, the amount will tally in a line item separate from the Budget Summary Warning message alerts agency if it is short of the 25% local match amount Because of programming issues, agencies cannot enter excess ICR as local match Agencies will not enter data dt into the Budget tsummary, it will auto fill based on amounts entered in the Budget sections. Currently no warning messages for Administration Support (CF2300) and Pupil Personnel Support (CF2100) caps keep an eye on these! 7 Signatures For agencies electing to use esignatures: until these entities set their users up in egrants, PDE cannot assign their electronic signature role. Any revisions will result in grants having to be resigned this will change the start tdate of the grant! 8 4

5 Agency User Administrators Current Agency User Administrators were sent a notice about adding new users to the upgraded system. These staff members will need newly issued IDs to open the upgraded system. Please contact your Agency User Administrator to make sure you have been given access. Note: Several new administrators did not receive this notice and the Division is working to get these new users into the system. 9 Miscellaneous Help Buttons only stay visible iibl for 5 seconds (contact advisor) di Numeric entries will have two decimal places please make sure student enrollment figures are in whole numbers. Check Rules located at bottom of the page, click if you have filled out section and still get warning message. This will allow you to mark as complete. 6 Miscellaneous Reminder, you are living i in two egrants systems use the old system for Budget Revisions (if necessary) and FER (required). The roll out of a new system is a large undertaking.
