May be near significant historical, environmental, or cultural points of interest. Often include nearby amenities (restaurants, campgrounds, etc.). How are Water Trail Points Awarded? Must be designated, established or planned.

11 5-Year Recreation Plan 5-year Recreation Plan Reminders 5-year recreation plans must include selfcertified site inspections of past grant-assisted sites to be considered complete. To be eligible for Waterways Grants, information on recreational harbors and marinas is required.
