4 The Digiwage Marketplace Welcome to Digiwage THE marketplace for commerce of talents. Digiwage is a central location for decentralized execution of knowledge, skills, and resources. The Digiwage coin itself is a Proof of Stake (PoS) cryptocurrency with a current supply of 34 Million coins. With this coin, we have created a new standard for entrepreneurs, individuals, and businesses. What originally started as a simple marketplace for decentralized work has evolved into a platform for commerce. For those of you that have been following Digiwage from the beginning, we ve got some exciting developments ahead. The foundation of Digiwage is centered around the Digiwage marketplace, a location for anyone to bring their talents and transact them on our platform. Our mission is to empower global commerce through decentralized execution, and we ve enabled that in the past through our core product the marketplace. The marketplace is open to people around the world to list their skills and services for payment. 5 Upcoming Changes The Digiwage team is excited to announce that over the coming weeks, we will be implementing a series of improvements to align with our mission of empowering global commerce of talent through decentralized execution. Our team recognizes that while Digiwage is capable of becoming a mainstream currency, a few features need to be added. Therefore, we are including the following features: 1. UI Redesign: Complete redesign of the digiwage.org user interface. This will improve navigational features, ability to browse and list talents, and support ease of access to new users. This is necessary for continued mainstream adoption. 2. Payment Processor: Digiwage will provide a payment portal for corporate organizations to begin accepting payment in Digiwage. This means that companies and organizations can begin accepting payment in Digiwage by implementing our payment portal on their sites. This will enable consumers to pay in Digiwage or any other cryptocurrency. Digiwage already has multiple companies registered to begin incorporating our payment portal and our partnership with those companies will be announced in a press release in the coming weeks via a mainstream American newspaper. 6 3. Cryptocurrency Conversion: In order to support global commerce on our marketplace, Digiwage is building an exchange to support ANY cryptocurrency to WAGE pairing. This exchange will enable our marketplace users to accept and send payments in any cryptocurrency, through Digiwage. Users will be able to send anything, to include BTC, LTC, ETH, etc. to our platform and that will convert to Digiwage. This will both encourage mass adoption of Digiwage and use of the marketplace. Visitors to the marketplace will be able to spend any cryptocurrency they like as long as they are paired with WAGE. 4. Digiwage Exchange: To support the acceptance of any cryptocurrency on the Digiwage marketplace, we are building an exchange dedicated to exclusive WAGE pairings with other cryptocurrencies. This is going to be a completely separate entity, and users of the exchange will be able to stake their coins, much like other exchanges allow now. WAGE will be able to be paired with any other cryptocurrency. 5. Cryptocurrency Payment Listing: In order to enable other cryptocurrencies on the Digiwage marketplace, they will need to be listed on the exchange. Cryptocurrencies that wish to pair with Digiwage for marketplace usage will be done so via request of the Devs. Coins that opt to list on the Digiwage exchange will increase their visibility and application by listing. 7 6. Android/IOS Application: Once the backend features required to support universal commerce exchange are in place, we will develop dedicated applications for both platforms for use globally. 7. Universal Incubator: Digiwage will become the home for all decentralized commerce by becoming an incubator for startups. Employees around the world are forced to work within a box defined by entrenched power players within their respective industries. The Digiwage team recognizes that there is an incredible amount of inefficiency in how large corporations manage internal innovation or novel ideas. By Digiwage becoming the home for decentralized commerce, employees within those larger institutions can take their ideas to the Digiwage marketplace and enact the change they want to see. After starting from humble beginnings as an army of one, Digiwage has blossomed to a highly qualified team of 12. Across the board, we ve got a diverse background of education and talents. The majority of Digiwage s team is tech centric with 7 having received degrees in science and computing fields, with the rest receiving education in other complimentary areas. In addition to traditional education, the team has a combined 30 years experience in crypto. While we re a team of 12 for the moment, the team will likely have grown larger by the time you read this.
