29 SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL Scuba Dogs Society conducts these annual efforts in favor of our natural resources and the quality of life in Puerto Rico mainly thanks to the support and commitment of socially responsible sponsors. Our responsibilities include strategic planning, promotion, training, educational initiatives, logistics with government agencies, cleanup materials, refreshments, data cards and analysis, storage space, administrative support, volunteers coordination, and much more at a national and international level. A significant part of this is staff involvement, which is the main reason we require a metallic donation. However, we greatly appreciate in-kind product donations, staff support, Media placement opportunities and other similar contributions. Therefore, we also credit these at half the rate of metallic donations. Sponsorship donations are eligible to income tax deductions through our 501 (c)3, non-profit standing. Most of our operating costs are consumed months before the major events considering the strategic development and logistics coordination involved. Thus, we greatly appreciate early payment. We require to confirm sponsorship levels in writing and to provide a high-resolution corporate logo for advertising use. Payments are to made out to: Scuba Dogs Society, Inc. Our address: Buen Samaritano D-13, Gardenville, Guaynabo, PR We sincerely appreciate your interest and we thank you for your support.
