LETTER OF VERIFICATION Letter of support from a local or national Tourism Organisation, from the Government department or local Authority, confirming the veracity of the project. If the project is endorsed by a Skål Club, this is not required. Please send the Application Form, the Presentation, Letter of Verification and any supporting materials (videos, press articles, info on previous awards, etc.) by to: sandra.vera@skal.org

7 RULES 1. Entries must reach the General Secretariat no later than 30 June It is highly recommended that entries be submitted in English. 3. Please ensure that entries are sent preferably by to or on a USB to the address shown below. 4. No printed material will be accepted. 5. Only complete entries will be considered. 6. All entries received will be sent to the judging panel following the deadline of 30 June A panel of three independent judges will evaluate the projects received from 15 July to 31 August The name of the judges will not be revealed until the Awards Ceremony. 8. Each judge will give a maximum of 100 marks to each entry (up to 10 points per evaluating criteria). 9. The Skål General Secretariat will contact all applicants by the beggining of September All winners will be invited to collect the awards personally during the 76th Skål World Congress in Kenya Coast. will cover hotel accommodation, meals and transfers.
