57 Widening Fellowships 57 The WF call is part of the Work Programme "Spreading Excellence and Widening Participation, not in MSCA WP Applicants should submit their proposal to the MSCA-IF-2018 call only. Call open from 12 April till 12 September When ranking list for MSCA-IF-2018 call is finalised: EF proposals to widening countries on the Main list of MSCA-IF-2018 will be funded under that call. Proposals not selected for funding and that have a chance to be funded under the WF call will be automatically resubmitted and considered for funding under the widening call, within the limits of the available budget.
58 58 Advice I Read the Guide for Applicants and the Work Programme carefully! Describe everything, do not assume that the evaluators knows the (Norwegian) system Do you think something is irrelevant for your proposal/topic address it anyway! The successful applicants do! Figures/illustrations/ pictures are sometimes better than words and makes reading less boring Webpages! Evaluators are NOT obliged to look at them But they MAY have a peak
59 59 Advice II Ask somebody to do a mock evaluation, use the evaluation forms Write part B, leave it for 1-2 weeks, read it carefully again. Are you sure you have explained everything in a clear language that the evaluators will understand in the way they are meant to understand it? The proposal can be submitted repeatedly before the deadline, don t leave it until the last minute!
60 60 Top-up financing for outgoing MSCA fellows Goal: To stimulate those who have not yet been mobile out of Norway MSCA Individual fellowship (12-24 months) PhD from Norwegian university MSCA Innovative Training Networks (3 36 months) MSc or similar from Norwegian university Must have spent at least 5 of the previous 8 years in Norway Continous submission
