They project teach them to work together because of which they have already raised fund for re-constructing a prayer yard. Women are using sanitary napkin during menstruation and BIRD community worker found soap case in latrine of some villagers during their visit of community people. Every day many villagers visit us and comments about ART; ART is working excellent and already they have noticed the benediction of it. 14. Pictures and questionnaires
5 15. Conclusion, such as lessons learned, remaining issues for future activities. People of Talbaria are known about group formation and team work. Now they can take initiative and accomplish it for their own benediction. They know how community people can change their plight of their own. Some women are practicing using hygienic pad but they are not regular because of financial crises. It will be very effective if we can aware them for the use of hygiene pad and make them accustom about it. For these efforts we need financial support from other. Besides huge demand of ART (Arsenic Removal Technology) we have to do something more for them. To this regard we need the assistance of JWF for long time, if it is possible please consider it. 16. Table of actual expenditures of your project/ activity with the JWF Fund. Unit Item Content cost(us$) Quantity Amount(US$) Water ART (Arsenic Removal Technology) $ $480 Sanitation Latrine (material set) $ $ 340 Sanitation Hygiene, Water and sanitation Hygiene, Water and sanitation Hygiene and sanitation Latrine (installation) Court yard session Sign board Sanitary Pad $ $250 $ $ 250 $ 50 5 $250 $1 50 $50 Total Amount $1620 NOTES: 1. Sanitary pad was not the item of approved project budget but when we discussed about menstrual hygiene and necessity of hygienic pad some women request us to provide some pad because of which we have provided it. Some of them are using it in some time and other is not because they are destitute. 2. There have some discrepancy with approved project budget and actual cost; this is because of change of rate of item cost and local availability of item.
