There are so many threatening in front of us like Global warming, poverty, in equality and human rights violations, Corruption and violence against women but as a NGO we are doing our best to destroy these social evils with community participation. The globalization impacts are negative; It increases the selfishness among people and causes fore said problems. The TV and Media change the people and sit in front of them without any rational thinking. The agriculture almost stopped, So nobody thinks about the community and the charity.. 8 1.Deaddiction Camp We are conducting this camp in play way method. As you know in Tamil Nadu, the Government selling liquor for the general public. Most of the male income goes to liquor shop. As the result poverty, un healthy and family broken activities are taken place because of this liquor shop. We dedicated to intervene and referral service to the de-addiction centers. 2. Environmental Awareness and Alternative energy Most of our projects are formulated by cause and effect method. Here in our area this year we are facing drought in land, monsoons failed to give rain. So our NGO planned to solve this problem with different stake holder analysis in different level like awareness programmes in schools and Villages, Tree planting, etc. Another one more problem is electricity, power shortage, erratic power supply. So we are conducting awareness camp on solar energy instead of Nuclear energy. We are collaborating with Lights A Billion Life, Delhi to supply solar lanterns. The social forestry division of Tamil Nadu Government also helping us to give saplings. Seetha and Danush in the Organic garden 3. Carrier Guidance and Job placement Seminar

9 This programme is specially designed for10th and +2 school final students. Every year we are giving this camp for carrier option after 10 th and +2, What is the job market, how to face the exam, Interview. This year we have met and counseled 1500 students 4.Seminar on NGO Management As a NGO we have to network with other NGOs also. In our district we have a District level NGO network called People Service Federation (PSF) Trust. We are serving whole district of 13 blocks. This NGO network is purely for resource exchange and fund raising. We have another Tamil Nadu level NGOs network membership called Child Collective Initiative and Right Intervention (CCIRI). 5.CBR, Early Intervention and Assistive Device AHM NGO working for the rural community based rehabilitation (CBR) work for the LD, MR, MD and CP people s livelihood development. We are the trained master trainer from National Institute for Public cooperation and Child

10 development (NIPCCD), New Delhi. We are giving assistive device, Maintenance grant from the Government and regular volunteer house visit, and Phycio therapy support to the PWD.
