15 Anthropological approach Insert cultural and anthropological approaches to health and agricultural projects: More relevant project approach (participative, pertinent, sustainable) Maximizes impact, minimizes loss (loss in effort, loss in mutual understanding)

16 Training vs. Guidance and Coaching Training is different than guiding and supporting. Projects that invest in monitoring and supporting are more expensive, but more sustainable.
