3 General Description PrimeStar is a decentralized blockchain platform that serves as a tool for investment in highly commercial Hollywood projects. These projects are movies that are produced by Hollywood production companies and involve A-list directors and actors. 3

4 The main modules of the project Registration/Authorization Includes the option of a password recovery. The architecture includes the ability to connect dual authorization using Google Authenticator and authorization via social networks - Facebook, Vkontakte, Google+. General user's personal account The ability to change general data (Password, Name, E- mail, Telegram, ETH Wallet, links in social networks, avatar). Double sign-on with Google Authenticator. PrimeCoin gives the right to vote for projects at the stage of initial selection and the right to participate in bonus actions with projects at the site. Movie tokens Movie Tokens are not sold at the ICO stage and are intended to be received in exchange for investments in movies on the platform. Movie tokens are issued separately for each movie.
