5 Market Opportunity Overview of Prediction Market Prediction market refer to a medium where an individual uses his skill, knowledge and other resources to predict an outcome or result of an event. An event can be loosely translated as a question with a finite set of answer which individual will predict the outcome by select one of the answer from the list. In fact, an event prediction has the same characteristics as a quiz game or trivia, though an event prediction can incorporate more possibility and probability in the gameplay. An event prediction can be time-specific i.e. result announced once a day, live i.e. a game session at a specific date and time and result announced immediately after the game session and ad-hoc i.e. event and result occurred once only. An event or question can be based on any imaginable topic such as stock index, cryptocurrency price, sports result, weather and entertainment. There are four main challenges in implementing an effective prediction market that cater for global user base. 1. Given an event prediction cater for wide variety of topics, the design of prediction market need to have the ability to cater for wide variety of data sources so it can serve as the reference point to determine the outcome of the prediction 2. As users may compete with each other s to win a prediction event or game, it s important each user be assured the prediction submitted by each user is not manipulatable by the system, all event participants are real individual and no bots are participating and influencing the outcome of an event. 3. Ideally, the prediction market should operate autonomously with no central party controlling the outcome of the prediction, or at minimum there is an independent party to confirm the outcome of the prediction 4. The user-generated content ensures our platform is constantly populated with prediction events and players can participate in our platform all day long. Typically, game/content published by third-party developers will be comprehensive and has more possibility and probability as compare to user-generated event. Social & Location Aware For user-created prediction event, users can invite friends to participate in the session. The prediction event can cater for knowledge only known within their group of friends only, making the prediction event more personalized. At the same time, users can invite other players near to his location and create prediction event that s specific to the location. A location-aware prediction event provides an opportunity for players to meet-up and socializes. Reward Based Competition Through MOS Official Prediction game, players around the world can compete in the prediction game to correctly predict the event outcome. 7 A Monetization Platform for Key Opinion Leader, Social Influencer & Developer Key opinion leader and social influencer can use MOS Platform to organize branded prediction event and invite their fans and followers to participate in the prediction event. They will entitle for revenue share in the form of MOS Token based on the number of participants and convert it to fiat in crypto exchanges. The same applies to third-party developers that develop and publish event prediction in our platform. They will entitle for revenue share in the form of MOS Token based on number of players for their prediction game. MOS Platform Introduction MOS is a Blockchain prediction platform, where players around the world participate and make prediction for one or more events. Our platform host event in wide variety of category i.e. stock market index, cryptocurrency, sports, financial, politics. The prediction event can be broadly categorized into 3 categories, official event created by us, third party event published by developers/partners and user-created event published by MOS s users. For user-created event, the flow and mechanics tend to be more simplified given most of the user doesn t have strong technical skill. For each of the event hosted by MOS, players use their skill, knowledge and proper judgement to correctly predict the outcome of an event. Each event will have finite number of possible outcome, which player will predict the event by choosing one of the possible outcomes. Some event will have more possible outcome as compare to other event i.e. What is the final two digits of the NASDAQ closing index will have more possibility as compare to Which soccer team will win for Germany vs. Italy match. Center to the success of MOS Platform is the social gaming mechanics embedded in the event prediction. MOS Platform has ranking and leaderboard for user to compete and showcase their achievement, levelling which player can access to more exclusive events and better prizes and competing the event prediction with friends within the same or different location. Each event also has reward to encourage participation and the reward can be in the form of score/point, MOS Coin and physical prizes. The MOS Prediction Game can be offered by us or from third party developers. MOS Platform will provide the API and guidelines to simplify the content publishing and updating. The API will include the capabilities in Smart Contract creation and Blockchain interfacing so third-party developer doesn t need to have prior knowledge/experience in Blockchain development to successfully publish prediction game in our platform. MOS Peer to Peer Prediction Application is an Android and ios application for players to participate in various events and predict the event outcome. We use the term event as the content tend to be more simplified in nature and has very limited set of prediction outcome i.e. event Which soccer team will win for Germany vs. Italy match with 3 outcomes Germany, Italy, Draw. The target audience will be casual players and most of the event will be created by users. Event can be public which any user can participate or limited to invited users, which can be the user s friends or other nearby player. 9 By default, user that create the event will be the prediction event organizer so will earn 20% from the MOS Coin reward pool. The organize reward is to compensate the fee spend on creating the event and any additional prizes offered by the organizer. For event organized by Key Opinion Leader/Social Media Influencer, the reward percentage and terms will be negotiated individually. MOS Live Prediction is Android and ios application to operate interactive prediction event similar to interactive game show. By default, the interactive prediction event will be available on fixed date/time. During the session, an event host will ask series of prediction event and possible outcome and participant will choose one of the outcomes. Participant will be eliminated for wrong prediction while participant with correct prediction will advance to next event. Result will be announced immediately after the end of the event and reward will be distributed thereafter. By default, the interactive prediction event will be operated by MOS and the event host will be hired by MOS. On case to case basis, we will invite social media influencer/key opinion leader to participate as event host and earn MOS Coin as reward. MOS Revenue Model MOS revenue model work similarly to social games in the market. MOS revenue model is Event/Game Participation Event Creation In-Game Purchase Event Hosting Third-Party Revenue Share To participate in the prediction games and events in the MOS Platform, players will need to pay MOS Coin as participation fee. The participation fee varies between different games/events but participant pay the same fee for each event i.e. assuming MOS Stock prediction game participation fee is 50 MOS Coin, all participant pays the same amount of 50 MOS Coin. Beside participation fee, MOS charge event creation fee for users to create and host prediction event in the MOS Peer to Peer Prediction Application. For MOS Live Prediction, players can purchase live to retry a prediction after wrongly predict an outcome to avoid being eliminated from the game. MOS earn 10% revenue generated from all events hosted in the MOS Peer to Peer Prediction Application. Given MOS allow third-party to publish prediction game in MOS platform, MOS will earn percentage of revenue generated from the third-party prediction game. All participation, in-game and event creation fee is pegged to USD to avoid the fluctuating value in MOS Coin. PAGE 9

10 MOS Loyalty Program To encourage new sign up and prevent player from churn-out, MOS has a loyalty program in the form of MOS Point. MOS Point has the same function as MOS Token within the MOS prediction ecosystem i.e. participate in prediction event, create event, in-game purchase, etc, but it cannot be traded in crypto exchanges, convert to fiat and/or transferable to other party. MOS Point can be given for every new sign-up to encourage participation and occasionally given to inactive player so they can continue participate in the prediction game. 11 Event & Games: Core element in the MOS Blockchain Prediction platform. It consists of a question with finite set of possible outcomes. In a single session, user may predict one event or series of event. Game is an equivalent unit to event, though it has customized interface, specific business rules, logics, options, calculation, probability. Each event will have one final outcome based on pre-agreed source of information. Commonly event is created by end-user while game is created by MOS and/or thirdparty developers due to complexity in developing and publishing prediction game Oracle & Data Feed: Trusted and pre-agreed source to determine the true state of an event or game. The Oracle and Data Feed will be predetermined during the creation of event and game in MOS platform. MOS Smart Contract communicates with Oracle and Data Feed automatically via realtime feed and resolution or it s manually triggered by nominated event judges for peer to peer prediction. Depending on the event, the event resolution is done in the central environment and the final result will be broadcast to MOS Blockchain or the outcome is predefined and broadcast to blockchain for smart contract resolution. Blockchain Interface: MOS Interface to public Ethereum Blockchain network. All operation including user s prediction and participation fee payment is broadcast to Ethereum Blockchain for transparency, immutability and event prediction resolution. Except the participation fee payment, all gas fee for onchain operation will be paid by MOS. Performance of MOS blockchain operation is subjected to network condition during the transaction. MOS Smart Contract: Automate the process of smart contract creation and publishing in the Ethereum network. Each prediction event has its own smart contract that regulate the operation of the event prediction. The smart contract will consist, among others the event topic and description, list of possible outcomes, oracle/data feed, event start and end date/time and participation fee. The smart contract will communicate with Oracle, data feed and/or event judges for event resolution and automatically award MOS Coin and/or points to winner. PAGE 11

18 MOS Token Ecosystem MOS Token (MOS) is an ERC20 compliant utility-based token that powers the MOS ecosystem and is the official currency to access to MOS products and services. The selection of ERC20 standard is due to the technology and infrastructure behind the standard is welltested, documented, accepted by crypto community and the amount of effort required to create the token is lower. By using the ERC20 as the standard for MOS Token creation, the development and setup cost and effort for MOS Token can be reduced considerably. The remaining time can be used to improve MOS platform and technology which is innovative and proprietary. At the same time, we anticipate the acceptance of MOS Token will be higher. MOS seeks to simplify the access and utilization of MOS platform, application and game by using MOS Token as the medium of payment and reward within the ecosystem. MOS Token also will be used as the mechanism for third party i.e. publisher, partner and prediction judge to receive their reward in exchange for their contribution to the ecosystem. PAGE 18

MOS Token can be purchased from crypto exchanges or DAPP Event Creator: Event Creator need to purchase MOS Token to create a prediction event/topic in the MOS Peer-To-Peer Prediction platform. In return, Event Creator will earn percentage of MOS Coin from the event participants. MOS Token can be purchased from crypto exchanges or DAPP and convert to fiat via crypto exchanges. Event Prediction Judge: Third party users that participate as event prediction judge in the MOS Peer-To-Peer Prediction platform will be rewarded with MOS Token. Users can convert MOS Token to fiat via crypto exchanges. Developer, Partners & Publishers: Developers, partners and publishers that develop or publish and promote MOS platform, game and application will entitle for revenue share in the form of MOS Token. Partners can convert MOS Token to fiat via crypto exchanges Winner: Event prediction winner will be rewarded with MOS Token and optionally, other attractive prizes. The MOS Smart Contract implement the ERC20 standard which generate the MOS Token according to the predefined specification (please refer to Token Sale Detail section). The front-facing web platform will provide a user-friendly interface for users to purchase MOS Token in a secure manner, track the purchases and transfer the token to the ERC20 compatible wallet. In the future, we plan to incorporate MOS Token purchase directly within our DAPP and game so users can purchase MOS Token without leaving the DAPP/game. MOS also provide a special purpose MOS wallet for storage of the MOS Token, though user have the option to transfer the token to other ERC20 compatible wallet. To participate in the event prediction, MOS Token need to be stored in the MOS wallet while for selling/ trading in the crypto exchanges, the token can be stored in any ERC20 compatible wallet. MOS Token Sale dashboard support token purchase in Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH). The platform is equipped with dynamic conversion formula where user input the BTC/ETH value and system automatically calculate the corresponding amount of MOS Token. The conversion rate is based on live feed of ETH and BTC price at the purchase time. Each registered user that want to purchase MOS Token will be assigned with a unique address so our platform can keep track which user send the BTC/ETH amount. Since MOS is not subject to such requirements or standards, it will make decisions on those issues at its own discretion. While MOS will have regard to best practices on these issues, holders of MOS tokens may not necessarily enjoy the same extent and degree of investor protections as would be the case should they invest with regulated entities instead. NO FIDUCIARY DUTIES OWED As MOS is not a regulated financial institution, it does not owe investors in MOS tokens any fiduciary duties.
