2 SUMMARY During 2017 IBL held several activities that raised the awareness of Supreme Court Regulation 13/2016 on Corporate Criminal Liability (CCL). Beginning with a one-day seminar in February 2017 discussing the challenges and opportunities for private sector and then continuing the indepth discussion on Business Executive Briefing conducted in October IBL also organized the Indonesia Integrity Initiative forum in Surabaya to explore the challenges faced by private sector in Surabaya in facing CCL issues. By the end of 2017 IBL launches a pocket book on Supreme Court Regulation 13/2016 where private sector can understand CCL more easily and simply. IBL also had the opportunity to participate in the development of competency standards for Certified Integrity Officer with KPK. In this year, IBL launched several tools as an effort to improve the integrity and business ethics, namely Learning Management System ( a webbased module for studying business ethics, and SOLUSI ( which is a channel for private sector in preventing corruption. IBL with Polling Center conducted research on health accountability survey in 3 provinces in Indonesia. All of the above activities are manifestations of one of the IBL missions, integrity. Then in carrying out one of the other IBL missions of capacity, during 2017, IBL conducted several youth empowerment programs in Indonesia, especially in West Java and Riau Islands through the Next Generation (focusing on increasing employability for diploma student majoring in IT), Empower Youth for Work (focusing on improving the capacity of young people in coastal areas affected by climate change), Equip Youth (focusing on increasing employability for vocational students), Skilled Youth (focusing on enhancing youth employment & entrepreneurship). Last but not least, our last mission on sustainability to build partnerships among the private sector, government, and NGOs to achieve sustainable goals. In April 2017 IBL organized ASEAN CSR Fellowship Jakarta. IBL consistently organizes one day training on Partnership. In 2017, we organized a training on partnership for sustainable development. IBL also participates in APAD - PLANAS PRB workshop in Jakarta and a 4-day skills development course for those involved in brokering and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships. These activities would not be accomplished well without your supports and contribution as our partners. We would like to thank to our annual contributors, program donors, sponsors, and implementing partners. Our special appreciation goes to all respected members of the Board of Patron, Board of Supervisor, and Board of Management, for their dedicated time and energy. Their enduring commitment and support have led IBL towards its current stage. And we would also like to thanks to all individuals who contribute their expertise and knowledge for making all of those achievements happened. IBL believes that it is our time to revitalize our mission in order to give more contributions for Indonesia. In 2018, IBL will conduct Social Responsibility Conference, Business Integrity Forum, Business Capacity Forum, researches and other events and programs in order to strengthen our main pillars in integrity, capacity and sustainability in doing responsible business.

6 INTEGRITY CORPORATE CRIMINAL LIABILITY: TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG BAGI PELAKU BISNIS Indonesia Business Links (IBL) in collaboration with Institut Deliverologi Indonesia (IDeA) had been conducted one-day Seminar with theme Corporate Criminal Liability: Tantangan dan Peluang bagi Pelaku Bisnis, which held on February 28th, 2017 in Jakarta. The Seminar aimed to give clear understanding of important aspects on Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 13/2016 tentang Tata Cara Penanganan Perkara Tindak Pidana oleh Korporasi, and also encouraged corporation to ensure that their compliance system following the law with good governance principles. The main topics of the Seminar are: (i) Subyek Pemidanaan dan Mekanisme Penerapan Pidana terhadap Korporasi (Panel Pertama); and (ii) Tanggapan, Ekspektasi, dan Antisipasi Pelaku Usaha dalam Penerapan Hukum Tindak Pidana oleh Korporasi (Panel Kedua). 90 participants The panel discussion, with themed: : Tanggapan, Ekspektasi, dan Antisipasi Pelaku Usaha dalam Penerapan Tindak Pidana oleh Korporasi. The spakers are Prof. Dr. Todung Mulya Lubis, SH., L.LM. (Praktisi Hukum) and Mr. Noke Kiroyan (Managing Partners, Kiroyan Partners). This panel discussion was moderated by Mr. Heru Prasetyo. HEALTH ACCOUNTABILITY SURVEY IBL together with Polling Center and ICW conducted anticorruption survey for year Polling Center was working on the first two sections on general corruption and BPJS, and IBL was working on part 3 about accountability in health equipment procurement and drug certification, and disseminated the overall survey results to 10 cities in Indonesia, which are; Jakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Banda Aceh, Medan, Pekanbaru, Kendari, Kupang, Ternate and Papua. 7 INTEGRITY WEEK BUSINESS EXECUTIVE BRIEFING IMPLICATION OF PERMA 13/2016 ON CORPORATE CRIMINAL LIABILITY TO THE BUSINESS Jakarta, August 10 th The Alliance for Integrity in cooperation with Indonesia Business Links held a joint session themed Strengthening Integrity on Procurement in Health Sector: Creating Mutual Benefit for All Stakeholders. Mr. Laode M. Syarif, Commisioner of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), told history the journey of PERMA 13/2016 On October 5th 2017, Indonesia Business Links organized Business Executive Briefing in Jakarta themed Implication of PERMA 13/2016 on Corporate Criminal Liability to Business. The objective was to provide updated information regarding the issuance of PERMA 13/2016, to discuss the consequence of this regulation and to gather feedbacks from business leaders and executives on how business will respond to the implication constructively. The arrangement of Standard Competence for Certified Integrity Officer (Ahli Pembangun Integritas ) - with KPK 37 participants INDONESIA INTEGRITY INITIATIVE FORUM 2017 STRENGTHENING LOCAL ECONOMY THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS INTEGRITY IBL conducted Indonesia Integrity Initiative Forum on October 10 th 2017 at Surabaya, to provide a dialogue forum for private sectors about business integrity practices. 8 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS INTEGRITY CONFERENCE (IBIC) 2017 On December 11 st - 12 nd 2017 KPK organized IBIC (International Business Integrity Conference), a leading conference on prevention of corruption in the private sector. The conference brings together policymakers and practitioners to explore issues facing a number of strategic sectors, including oil and gas, infrastructure and health. In these event, IBL also participated by opening a booth for the launching of SOLUSI (Sarana Olah Informasi dan Konsultasi Anti Korupsi) in Mini Integrity Expo stage. At SOLUSI Booth, IBL provided two platforms, desk computer and tablet (mobile version) for pilot testing purpose. In addition, SOLUSI Booth also provided a live consultation session. 93 visitors Business Ethics Publication Pratical Anti-Corruption Guide for Business in Indonesia (with ASEAN CSR Network) Business Ethics e-learning module (with YILB) will be embedded in Indonesia Integrity Initiative portal.

9 CAPACITY The EquipYouth program covers Batam, Karawang, Bekasi (Cikarang, Cibitung, Bantar Gebang), and Cileungsi. In order to achieve a satisfactory result, IBL were assisted by the companies and institutions from various background to carry out multiple trainings and activities such as basic life skills training, technical training, companies visit, job placement, and Human Resource Forum Group Discussion. 10 With support from JP Morgan Chase Foundation (JPMF), International Youth Foundation (IYF) and Indonesia Business Links (IBL) are providing job skills and Information Technology (IT) skills training for IT Diploma students from appointed colleges and universities in the greater area of Jakarta. The primary objective of this 18-months project is to improve the employability of program s beneficiaries. While the secondary objective is to improve colleges 'career centers' respond to realtime demands of workforce. The participants are coming from University of Persada YAI, SMTIK Jakarta STI&K, University of Budi Luhur, LP3I Bekasi, LP3I Pasar Minggu, and LP3I Depok. The topic of the training are selected to fit the trend in industry and to provide added value for the participants, such as Microtic, Basic Android, Cisco, Programming, and IT Support (Linux). 11 Indonesia Business Links (IBL) with supported from Accenture Indonesia has been conducted program Muda Terampil Berusaha (MTB) in Karawang from July 2016 until May This program aims to create and assist youth entrepreneur to establish and maintenance for sustainable of their business. The program is in line with local government policy that encourages economic development in Karawang through entrepreneurship. On May 24th 2017, Muda Terampil Berusaha (MTB) arranged a closing event Peran Multi Pihak dalam Pemberdayaan Wirausaha Muda Karawang, at Swissbell-inn Hotel Karawang. The objective of this event is to raise awareness and identify stakeholders needs in order to collaborate for youth economic empowerment program in Karawang. Area Karawang At the end of 2016, the beneficiaries were following the entrepreneurship exhibition in the " Pesta Rakyat Malam Tahun Baru" at the Circuit Technomart Karawang on December 30 th until December 1 st, The beneficiaries shown their improved product after joined MTB program. 12 Indonesia Business Links (IBL) with several organisations, such as Aliansi Desa Sejahtera and AKVO, are involving in Empowering Youth for Work Program. It is a collaborative youth economic empowerment which coordinated by OXFAM. The Empower Youth for Work (EYW) project in Indonesia aims to reduce poverty in rural coastal areas that are prone to the impact of climate change, by empowering youth (especially young women) to secure viable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. 13 Citi Indonesia, through its initiative known as Citi Peka (Peduli and Berkarya) which covers a wide range of community activities, has been collaborating with Indonesia Business Links (IBL), a non-profit organization which promotes the concept of good corporate citizenship, in an effort to tackle unemployment in Indonesia through a Skilled Youth program since June This Skilled Youth program is one that seeks to develop and empower human resources of exceptional quality who are ready to take the plunge into the work environment, either as employees or entrepreneurs. Area Bekasi and Karawang SKILLED YOUTH PHASE II OPENING PROGRAM. This event was held on October 27th 2017 Pacific Place, SCBD, Jakarta with more than 150 participants from vocational schools in Bekasi and Karawang. The event was attended by our partners from multisector such as Ibu Mahatmi Parwitasari Saronto as Director of Labor and Employment Creation The Ministry of National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), Ibu Chrysanti Hasibuan-Sedyono as Acting Chair Board of Management Indonesia Business Links (IBL), dan Bapak Batara Cianturi as CEO from Citibank Indonesia, as well as IBL trainers and beneficiaries from Bekasi and Cikarang.. 14 SUSTAINABILITY APAD PLANAS PRB WORKSHOP, JAKARTA, JANUARY 25 th 26 th 2017 APAD - PLANAS PRB Workshop: The Strategic Role of Private Sector in Effort to Create Community Resilience to Disaster Jakarta, January 25th - 26th, 2017 ASEAN CSR FELLOWSHIP, JAKARTA, APRIL 3 rd 7 th 2017 The ASEAN CSR Fellowship is a newly-launched programme which seeks to build up the next generation of ambassadors for responsible business in Southeast Asia. This is an initiative that is initiated and organized by ASEAN CSR Network and its national partners; in the context of Indonesia is Indonesia Business Links (IBL). CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY: A NEVER-ENDING DEBATE, JAKARTA, APRIL 18 TH 2017 On April 18th 2016, Perempuan Indonesia Anti-Korupsi was held an event about Corporate Responsibility: A Never-ending Debate Pacific Place Mall, Jakarta. The event also featured watching film The Corporation and interactive panel discussion of corporate accountability, responsibility and liability in Indonesia. The interactive panel was triggered by four distinguished panelist speakers, Mr. Laode Muhammad Syarif from Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Mrs. Yanti Triwadiantini from Indonesia Business Links (IBL), Mr. Jalal from Thamrin School and Dr. Yunus Husein from Jentera School of Law.

15 IBL, CARDNO AND PARTNERSHIP BROKERS ASSOCIATION WILL CONDUCT PARTNERSHIP BROKERS TRAINING: A 4-DAY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT COURSE FOR THOSE INVOLVED IN BROKERING AND MANAGING MULTI-STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIPS, APRIL 10 th 13 rd 2017 JAKARTA, INDONESIA Partnership Brokers Association (PBA) was conducted Partnership Brokers Training Promoting professionalism and integrity in brokering multi-stakeholder partnerships for sustainable development. Twenty three participants joined the training, they are senior representatives from development agencies, individual consultants, governments, NGOs as well as academics. ASEAN CSR NETWORK MEETING, JAKARTA, JUNE 16 th 2017 On June 16 th 2017, in Jakarta, Asean CSR Network (ACN) met with a few Indonesian Business and CSR Organizations to discuss ways of working together in order to make a bigger impact in the country on CSR and Responsible Business. ACN CEO Thomas Thomas hoped that making progress in Indonesia would greatly help with progress in the region and provide lessons for other ASEAN countries to learn from. PARTNERSHIP TRAINING, NOVEMBER 1 st 2 nd 2017: MANAGING MULTI SECTOR PARTNERSHIP AND BROKERING BETTER PARTNERSHIP FOR DEVELOPMENT IBL organized the two days partnership training with different theme: Managing multi-sector partnership and brokering better partnership. It was held on November 1 st 2 nd The training delivered by Ibu Yanti Triwadiantini, associate and accredited partnership broker from Partnership Brokers Association (PBA). On the second day, the training more specific review how to be a partnership brokers and navigate the partnership process, with courses: understanding of partnership brokering; roles of partnership brokers; negotiation technic; lesson learned and key of success as partnership brokers. All materials are licensed from PBA.

16 FGD NATIONAL ACTION PLAN FOR SDGS, JAKARTA, NOVEMBER 23 rd 2017 Directorate of International Development Cooperation, National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), in collaboration with GIZ Indonesia and Indonesia Business Links, organized the Global Partnership Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in the formulation of the National Action Plan for SDGs: Market Opportunity and Foreign Cooperation for Private Sector and Philanthropy on November 23 rd 2017 at Le Meridien Hotel, Jakarta. This is a continuation event from the drafting workshop of the National Action Plan for Sustainable Development Objectives (TPB / SDGs) 17 Goals on International Development Cooperation in October The participants were representative from government, private sector, and civil organization. Mr. Mohamad Fahmi as moderator on session: Building Global Partnership through CSR. The session were delivered by PT Adaro Energy Tbk and QUICK. FGD ON ANTI-CORRUPTION IN THE ENVIROMENTAL SECTOR, JAKARTA, DECEMBER 18 th 19 th 2017 Jakarta, December 18 th 19 th Mr. Mohamad Fahmi as one of speaker of FGD on anti-corruption in the enviromental sector. He shared about Business Integrity initiatives in ASEAN. KNOWLEDGE SHARING PEMBERDAYAAN TENAGA KERJA MUDA MELALUI PELATIHAN DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN, JAKARTA, DESEMBER 20 th 2017 Mohamad Fahmi, Executive Director of Indonesia Business Links, together with other speakers from Plan International, Save The Children, and Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa (YCAB), discussed and shared regarding youth empowerment program initiatives in Indonesia
