15 REGULATORY KEY ACHIEVEMENTS 2017 Internal Achievements: The Regulatory Databank finalized and uploaded to Mecomed s internal portal. SSA Taskforce Group: Shedding the light on the regulatory Requirements for SSA region. External Achievements: All Mecomed s comments on the draft guidelines circulated have been adopted by SFDA in the official Guidelines published. Mecomed is a significant partner for SFDA, and is actively contributing to SFDA 1 st Annual conference with 2 Speakers. Active engagement with GS1 UAE to be ahead of the GS1 requirements in the region and plan it properly through the MOH

16 REGULATORY Q AND 2018 PRIORITIES Algeria importation program and registration process: Establish contact with the key people at MOH Algeria and ANPP Algeria, in an effort to work together to address the Industry s concerns. Continue with the GS1 project and engage with the MOH to monitor implementation Promote Mecomed s role through the events and external meetings (Medtech Forum, ) Work on more engagement and active participation from the members Build on and finalize the data collection of SSA and publish it on Mecomed s portal. Leverage the relations with the different Authorities across the region: SFDA, MOH UAE,
